What to expect in this workshop

Guided Questions

I am going to help you understand the emotional ego and guide you with questions to help uncover the parts of the ego that are no longer serving you.

Guided Hypnosis

Just like your body heals itself from a cut, your unconscious can do the same thing to your emotional wounds.

You can shift your perspectives, your beliefs and your behaviours by giving your unconscious mind the space to heal through my guided hypnosis.

Energetic Healing

It is said that 95% of your life is controlled by your unconscious mind and it is all done under the radar of your conscious mind.

Most of your emotional reactions, fears, insecurities and doubts are seeded in your unconscious. And the crazy part is that your tools for healing these things are in the same area.
